REFUND POLICY
The policy of the Bainbridge Island Rowing is to refund payments only as follows:

For Juniors, in any given season, by the date published on the Juniors page (usually one to two weeks after the start of the season), less a $50 processing fee.
For Masters, all fees are non-refundable.
For boat storage, all fees are non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY
Bainbridge Island Rowing collects personal information only when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase or to register for any program, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date) as appropriate. This information is used for billing purposes only and to process your order or registration. Bainbridge Island Rowing handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.

THIRD PARTIES
Any personal information provided to BIR as noted above will not be traded, rented, sold, or otherwise shared with anyone outside of Bainbridge Island Rowing, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, no affiliate (such as our credit card company) has permission to retain, share, store, or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.
