Q: What if I've never rowed before? How can I try it out?

A: Juniors can learn to row simply by signing up for any Junior program -- spring, summer, or fall, or by taking a learn to row class. For adults, we offer learn to row classes throught the spring and summer. We also participate in USRowing's National Learn-to-Row Day, usually the first Saturday in June. On that day, we offer lots of opportunities for interested newbies to get in a boat. From mid April through August, we also offer learn-to-row classes that will give you a more in-depth experience. To sign up for a learn-to-row class or see the current schedule, visit the Learn to Row page.
